Zoom initial consultation followed by a 45 minute training session.

 

An in person one to one for when you feel you need a little bit more help.

You will get a 30 minute zoom call to chat about the nature of your problem and any relevant theory, 1 x 45 minute practical training session, a written report after the session with a homework and whatsapp/email advice for up to 2 weeks after the session.
